After playing down to their competition with a couple of lackluster offense showings, this is the type game that in the past OSU has made a statement. I think that the Bucks come out strong and stay strong.

Buckeyes by 2 td's, maybe 3.

God I hope you're right. I almost want their backup QB to come out and say something stupid just to get this team fired up. They've been extremely stagnant ever since the Indiana game.

Go Nebraska! However I think OSU plays one of their best games in a while and wins by 21 or more.

:lol2:, I don't think that will happen. I do think that now that the college football playoff rankings have came out, they see where Michigan is and it just confirms that if they win out, including the big10 championship that they are pretty much in. Should they lose to Nebraska or anyone else before they get to "the game / Michigan" then it doesn't matter, they're out.

I've never been more genuinely excited about a game I KNOW my team is going to lose -- it is a really odd feeling. This program (Huskers) is on the way back from a very mediocre few years, and while next year is the year many have pointed to, this year has been a real pleasant and enjoyable surprise. A loss to the Top 5 (and maybe even better than that) Buckeyes in Columbus won't dampen that, even if they get boat-raced around the Horseshoe.

Sandbagging....:lol2:
Honestly, I'm not. Tommy is flawed. The O-line is beat up. The D-line is average. Our punting situation, which would have been among the best (or the best) in America, is a disaster. Huskers aren't good enough to win this game, but it is fun to once again be in games like this that the Nation cares about.

Maybe not, but every game they play you downplay their chances or talk up their opponents as world-beaters. I'm pulling for them!

CwMAXxvW8AA8awt.jpg.pagespeed.ce.2HQA_3tqHC.jpg Ohio State's alternate uniforms this week honoring Chic Harley from the 1916 team. Do you all like them? I'll be curious to see them in person this weekend.

They're not bad, in my opinion. Some teams' throwback uniforms are just hideous. This is far from it.

I love it.

I think they're ok. I really thought they were going to botch these. I liked the all black last year better, but these are pretty nice.

Amount of wagers on this game heavily for Nebraska...but the line has climbed / plateaued. That means more money on Buckeyes, in spite of more wagers on Nebraska. The big / smart money all over the Buckeyes here. Reason #4,837,377 that my Huskers are getting rolled tomorrow night.
