The Bobcats are coming off a loss, but a well played game against a tough 4-A HC team. They open district play this Friday at Log Mountain. Last year the score at halftime was 60+ to 0, I believe! Letcher seems to have improved. What can the Bobcats expect?

I dont say nothing about anybody else's opinion on here. If you want to make a prediction about the game then do so. Isnt that what bluegrasspreps is for anyways? I stand behind what I say, friday night I might be proved wrong. If I am wrong, big deal, it wont be the first and it wont be the last.

LCC is an improved team but they wont even come close to winning against Bell Co. Bell was beaten last week by a very good Henry Clay team, while LCC was beaten by a Madison Southern team that was hit very hard by graduation last year and is said to be way down. LCC seems to have a some what explosive offense but has apparently do defense. Bell will roll in this one. My prediction:

Letcher has a good coach, good numbers, a great stadium and fan support. The time will come when they are competitive with anyone but I doubt they are there just yet. It may prove to fortunate for all of us in their district that this is their last season with us.

The rain continues on Log Mountain. Playing conditions will be affected if we do not get a couple of days of sunshine. Could impact play. HC game had some key fumbles, etc. due to the conditions.

That's pretty funny, LCC had a good game with Perry Cent. No offence but neither of those teams hold a light to the Bobcats, I look for a running clock in the later stages of the second half.
