Caldwell has an easy region.

A couple of things stand out to me at first glance.

 

In Region 3 Russell gets a bye in round 1.

 

The 2s and 3s should be flipped. In other words if Estill beats Jackson then they would play the winner of Casey/Powell in round 2. They way you have it listed it looks like they would get the Breathitt/Bell winner.

Belfry vs Russell could be a game. If they win that one then Belfry at Corbin will be a war. That game worries me

I don't think so. There's a three-way tie in District 1 but Union has a lot of points and will be the #3 seed. Fort Campbell has a win over Fort Knox, which is worth 1 point. Trigg has wins over Todd and Caverna, both winless and thus worth 0 points. Fort Campbell and Trigg will be hoping for wins among those teams for the final spot.

You may be right and that is what I was thinking, but they were running thru the points and had it figured in favor of Trigg.
