While I hate to see any coach lose their jobs I'm happy that Gerad is getting the opportunity to run a program. Hope he finishes well and gets the job.

Good point I had forgot about him helping at Raceland.

I was at the Iowa game. Purdue was out sized, out quicked, out hustled and out coached. There were times, I swear, a good high school team could compete with them. Coach was a nice guy, but didn't have the means to recruit better. Good luck to Parker.

Its Purdue. They are a good school, but they have a crap stadium, in a boring city, in a conference that they can't be competitive in. Its more than just the similar colors. Purdue is the Vanderbilt of the Big 10. Great academic institution, but small football stadium and poor attendance, but they happen to be decent at basketball every once in a while.
