Yeah, this list is a joke as well. Harbison, Green and Cameron Browning from Male are all top 10 players in the Region or very close to it. Calhoun girl is a nice player but not as good as Harbison. Guess some AAU coaches and camps contributed to this because it is not based upon fact.

I don't know how they determine these lists, but I agree with you on these players you listed. Harbison has really come along this past year.

I should not have singled out any one girl who is on the list because I think Calhoun is a very nice player. Just meant that I think Harbison and Browning should be on there moreso than someone doesn't deserve to be on there. It's tough to say because there is a lot of talent in this Region.

Harbison is probably the 2nd or 3rd best player in the region....

Nuts that Browning isn't on there also..

No offense, but I have seen Browning play several times and she has potential, but is not there yet. But that was last year. Maybe she has improved since last year.

No offense but is there a girl from Sacred Heart that signed to play for a D1 school, would she not be in the top 10 or is she not as good as the girl from Pres or CAL? I would recon there are several players that are not listed that should be and some listed that should not be.

Don't know who the girl from Sacred Heart is of whom you speak but they have many very good players, so between Fichter, Sivils and Scott, one of them could be listed as well.

Sivils committed to D1 Marshall don't know about Scott, saw Fichter a couple times and she can shoot, don't remember Scott

So many players in the 7th. Not all top 10 lists are equal...this one could go 20+ deep and still be better then almost all other regions.

I know Sivils and have seen her play. I have seen a couple but not many of the other girls on this list. It's hard to imagine a D1 scholarship player as good as she is, is not top 10 in her region. So will all 10 of these girls play D1 and at a HIGHER D1 than Sivils?

I understand what you're saying but as I said earlier, I think Harbison and Browning from Male should be on the list, and I don't think Sivils is better than those two. So maybe, we should post out respective top 10s.

Browning should probably be on the list. She has followed in the footsteps of her dad, Louisville south end legend, Derek Browning.

Sivils is extremely athletic which makes her a D1 material for that alone. Add onto that her work ethic and continuous improvement with her basketball skills and you have some real college potential. She is one of the fastest players in the state.

 

If you ranked the top twenty in the 7th region, at least 15 will play at the college level somewhere. Should be some fun basketball to watch this year in the 6th and 7th region.
