Do you have any recruiting info on Wesley, Samsel, Kinnaird and Stephenson?

In doing a quick search I found of those four, only Samsel is on the ESPN recruiting site, as I search other players names I see Twitter posts of recruiting visits etc, Stephenson looks to maybe be more of a volleyball player. I could be wrong but that was just through a quick search. Samsel is a shooter and I have seen her play this summer, I saw Wesley play last year and is a good floor general. Presentation probably doesn't have a large pool of kids to pull from so she may just be the best of the crop. Eastern players always seem to be up and down, I will have to follow them this year. The Collins girl for a lot of press a couple years ago from Eastern but you don't hear much about her anymore. Anyone have anymore insight to any of these players?

I also heard Anderson is back at Mercy, does anyone have info on how that is going?

Browning should probably be on the list. She has followed in the footsteps of her dad, Louisville south end legend, Derek Browning.

Thanks for the correction NB......I just remember getting that first jersey when I was a young kid. Browning on the back, Wyandotte on the front, the big # 1 on both. It still brings back great memories! If I am being totally honest, sitting here with a tear in my eye.

According to close sources, she is feeling great! I pray she is able to play a full season! Hate the injuries for that kid!

I have never seen her play but have heard the hype for a couple years, will have to make a Mercy game for sure. I hope she stays healthy, I think if she is close to what I've heard, that puts them as contenders!

She's always been talented and very athletic. Before the injuries, she played with as much reckless abandon as anybody I've seen. It's hard to imagine that anyone would be the same after two years away from competition (and 3 ACL surgeries) but I sure hope she can. I think everyone that knows her and her family will be nervous when she takes the floor the first few times.

Heard from a source close to the staff that Worth is back after sitting out last year and Armstrong decided not to try out, I thought she was a decent guard. Also hasn't piper been around for 5 or 6 years?

Yes, Wurth is back and KK Armstrong decided not to play. She has had 2 concussions and arthroscopic knee surgery over last year so I think she decided to bow out. Nice player but not sure how she would fit in rotation this year.

Piper a freshman, that cracked me up. Looking forward to seeing them play this year!
