The Cavalry showed up in full force today.

Soph Cooper Schwalbach had 4 TD's and fellow soph Austin King hauled in 2 TD catches for the Birds.

Looks like you were right about the Highlands 10th grade @Qryche11

Wow looks like highlands running it up on Dixie JV. I guess they where mad about last night.

I agree 58 points is a lot for a JV game.

Is this a running up the score issue or is the Dixie JV pathetic?

Could be HHS is just that good.

58 in JV. How many juniors where still on the field for highlands when they where up 40?

Doubtful considering the varsity is at an all time low.

I think Ryle is the only common opponent for CovCath and Highlands. CovCath beat Ryle 20 - 7. What was the Ryle/Highlands score?

Birds won 14-7

Left 1/2 way through 4th qtr.

Birds were waiting and taking the full amount of time before snapping the ball beginning at the start of the 4th.

What was the flow of the game before that?

And do you have any pix to share with everyone?

34-0 at half.

Running clock midway through the third.

Dixie multiple interceptions leading to short fields.

HHS running the ball after running down the play clock with each play.

Healthy doses of rotating backs Cooper Schwalbach, Larry Wilson and Logan Aubrey all day.

Defensive standouts were Jrs Keaton Huddleston, Crosley New, Logan Seiple and sophomores Bailey Armstrong, Ben Sisson and Nick Bowman.

They have some very good talent and some or them should be getting more Varsity snaps. I know Sisson got a handful last night and he has really developed as a player. He goes about 6'2 170 at DE but he has a reach that extends to 6'9 I hear and he batted a couple balls down today. Heard he is also taking a step and dunking on the hardwood.
