Wayne County's win clears the way for AT MINIMUM, a Rockcastle County District Runner-up and a guaranteed home playoff game. Even if Rock loses to Knox Central, Knox Central has no chance of winning the tie breaker because Wayne County and Rockcastle County's wins are much better.

Since Wayne county won all we have to do is beat clay county this Friday coming and we win district. When Wayne won it made the Knox central game not be a factor in deciding district. Now if clay county beats us then we have to beat Knox to win other wise all roads lead thru mount Vernon

If Rock loses to Knox you will have to apply the tie-breaker rules: 4 non-district best wins.

Rock needs to beat Knox to seal the district championship. Even if Rock loses to Clay, if they beat Knox, they will win the district. If they lose to Knox and beat Clay, then there is a 3 way tie for the district top seed.

I think as of today both would have 11 tie breaker points from 4 best wins...it would come right down to the last night of the season probably to settle the tie breaker.

How you figure that the point system would matter we beat Wayne head to head. If we beat clay then we are 3-0 in districts and if Knox beats us then we are 3-1. Which makes the 3 way tie at 3-1 however Wayne couldn't be 1st because we beat them and they would have to be below us and Knox can't be 1 because Wayne beat them there for the standings would be 1. Rock 2. Wayne 3. Knox central. Same situation happened in 2011 when it was a three way tie between Rock Knox and Russell and Rock won based on same circumstances.
