I feel like they didnt want to prosecute the Ramseys.

 

They hired a detective and had him working with the Ramseys investigator.

 

The grand jury indicted the Ramseys nut the prosecutor refused to sign the indictment.

 

The prosecutor apparently did some other odd things. For example, they needed a hand writing sample from Patsy, but she refused to go to the police department to do it. So the prosecutor had her come to his house and do it, while he went for a walk and didnt watch her write it.

If the show covered that I missed it. We missed the first 30 mins or so though. Also didn't watch the last part (probably an hour or so more). Got bored with it and knew the out come.

The show did seem to be slated more towards the prosecution and the detective they hired.

 

That said it portrayed that the police missed the boot print, the stun gun marks, also that someone could have come in the basement window. Said the police said the window was too small however the hired detective went through the window in video. Also the police didn't clear the house of all the family and friends when they arrived. The random note was writen in the kitchen yet they allowed people in there eating and cleaning. They interviewed one of the retired detectives and he admitted they made a ton of mistakes with the crime scene.

Help me out....what was wrong with his post?

I don't disagree that they made mistakes...BUT

 

The boot print, I think might have belonged to police. As many people that were in the house i don't think you can automatically believe it belonged to the killer.

 

The stun gun theory is insane. Stunguns do not knock you out. They are loud and painful. That theory is garbage imo.

 

I read that one detective says there were undisturbed cobwebs at the window where the detective thought someone entered.

 

The police were at a disadvantage anyway from the beginning. They were holding JonBenets body for further investigation apparently until the Ramseys, and the DA accused them of holding her for ransom basically so they could get the Ramseys to talk. They let them then have the body.

 

The hired detective working for the DA quickly went with the intruder theory. Wonder why? Because of a relationship between the DA and the Ramseys? Why else were they not indicted after a grand jury votes to. Why else was their hired detective working with the Ramsey investigators?

Grabbed JB, hit her on the head, and strangled her somewhere in the house without anyone hearing it. She ate pineapple at some point as well.

 

They took paper and pen from the house and wrote a 3 pg note, as well as a draft for the note...then put the paper and pen back where they got it.

 

They demanded $118k, the same amount of money Jon Ramsey got in a bonus at work that year.

 

 

An intruder didn't kill her IMO.

Yeah, the show left a lot of unanswered questions. The pineapple was one. They talked about it then never brought it up again when they would come up with a suspect. The boot print could have been a cops but I would think that would be easy to rule out. They knew the brand.

 

The whole thing is ashame. No reason this shouldn't have been solved.

I haven't paid a lot of attention to a lot of the stuff regarding this case, but it seems to me that the brother is the most likely killer, with the Mom & Dad covering it up. JMO.

Major police errors occurred from the beginning in not securing the scene. This is one in which we will never know the truth.

Sunday and Monday CBS has a 2 night Special on this case and "Some" new info has been teased.

I haven't paid a lot of attention to a lot of the stuff regarding this case, but it seems to me that the brother is the most likely killer, with the Mom & Dad covering it up. JMO.

The DA exonerating the Ramseys is insane too.
