That's what I believe to. But I can't be the only proposing that college and the NFL play by the same set of rules.

The NFL rule is only on 4h down or 2 mins left in half. Or if fumble goes out of bounds.

I was out with some ladies last night but I ran into this guy with money on the game at Brothers in Newport and watched the OT with him. Riveting.

Honestly I'm surprised teams schedule them to begin with after knocking off Michigan a few years ago. Just the bad karma that came with that.
