One young kid that made a stupid mistake-

I hope they feel like they've had a kick there after they leave the field Friday night.

Tilghman is toast! Mayfield is not going to show any mercy even after the running clock.

I am thinking this is being made way too much of a big deal than it should be

 

Was this an awful display of sportsmanship and individual discipline? Absolutely

 

But it's not like the JV coaches told the kid to go out and start kicking more balls than a Brazillian Soccer tryout. This is a VERY young kid who did something that I am sure his coaches are strictly disciplining him for it.

 

What's next? The newspapers are going to start posting articles about a kid kicking the shins of another kid in a Pop Warner game and calling him a "Doo Doo Face"?

I agree and everyone else I have talked with agree. The only thing I found surprising was that the kid started the 2nd half even after a PT assistant was shown a video of it at halftime.

Do you understand the quote ( let sleeping dogs lie), its kinda like that, in a way. Sorry you don't understand, maybe its a Mayfield thing, and then of course you wound'nt, but trust me, yes Mayfield will play hard and try to win, but you don't want them playing angry on top of that to.

Well now I understand it, I just disagree with it. They are not going to play any harder or better against Tilghman than before. Why does it matter if they are angry or not? They aren't going to try to injure anyone.
