July 19, 201610 yr Two More Prosecutors Face Disbarment Complaints Over Freddie Gray Case | LawNewz Seems like some said at the start the prosecutors office was very corrupt on how they brought charges.
July 19, 201610 yr The two new complaints allege that Schatzow and Bledsoe violated multiple provisions of the Maryland Lawyer’s Rules of Professional Conduct, including a failure to turn over exculpatory evidence and the failure to refrain from prosecuting charges not supported by probable cause. Prof. Banzhaf’s complaints heavily rely in the findings of trial Judge Barry Williams. Isn't this the exact same reason that Comey wouldn't recommend charges against Hil ?
July 19, 201610 yr Two of the biggest cases in this anti police movement are Ferguson and Baltimore. Ferguson the narrative was built on lies, here, it appears the prosecution was willing to do or try anything to prosecute these officers, and still failed. It will be interesting to see how the remaining cases go in court, and how this plays out after.

July 20, 201610 yr The Feds are complicit. These are sad times. This administration has done more dividing than every previous president put together. Wait till the current president is gone and see what alot of the Feds say about what they were directed to do.

July 20, 201610 yr This is extremely sad for American law enforcement. Why would you even take the job, or go on any call that had the slightest chance of violence? Out of curiosity, I wonder how many cops are calling it quits since Ferguson, Dallas and Baton Rouge? It won't be long and the military will be patrolling our streets.
July 20, 201610 yr Anyone surprised that the people of Baltimore are not up in arms yet that these cops were not convicted? I mean they rioted for days in the city when the incident happened, why are they not furious now?

It is easy for me to say now but I saw this coming 15 years ago. Anytime someone asked me about a career in Law Enforcement I strongly encouraged them to look at other career fields. I told them it was ultra dangerous, you don't have the support of your superiors, you certainly don't have the support of the politicians that often make selfish decisions and the "Game" is set up against you the Police Officer. And by game I mean incomplete or deficient laws to allow you to properly handle some situations, one-sided court decisions that seemly give the Police power but that carry no legal authority and when all else fails a Court system that will throw you under the bus every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Essentially you have to be perfect, and even perfection isn't good enough sometimes. There is also a lack of pay, ever dwindling benefits, lack of proper staffing, multiple added responsibilities every time you turn around and on and on. And the media, they pretend to be your friend, kind of like lawyers do, and the first chance any of them get they stab you in the back and throw you in a burning dumpster fire that is about to get hit by a derailed train.
