At the SE 7v7, started at Ryle v Brentwood Academy

Tanner Morgan QB looked very sharp out of the gate. But his WRs let him down early with 3 drops. 2 would be TDs Ryle D looked very good too with 2 straight opening possession stops and a total of 4 points for that. Ryle 2nd possession, Morgan hit WR over middle but he coughed it and INT to BA. 3 to 4 Ryle with 8 minutes to go in the 22 minute game. Tourney changed times and I had to leave for BG game

 

BG v Cleveland TN very good game back and forth. BG up 16-15 with 24 seconds left held on 4th down plus 2 points and a 18-15 W. Deangelo Wilson with a circus 1 handed catch in traffic on 4th down was the highlight of the game.

Ryle wins their 2nd round game vs Daltan GA Catamounts 22-20. Offensive scores from Morgan to WR Bryce Ashley. D holds off a close one for the W. BTW, anyone know what a Catamount is?

BG comes out flat as a fiddle andd gets down 11-0 Battles back but falls short v N Forsyth GA 27-22

Well its hotter than a lava soda here in N Murray GA and the Purples just took a shot

 

Down early again to an athletic Jefferson davis AL squad Purples rally but finally fall 24-16 7v7 is a tough game when u play from behind

 

BG plays a well rested Cartersville team next Tough sleddin for the Purles but the back 7 on D are learning here

Purple are 2 - 2. Should have beat N Forsythe, will need a lot of help to make it in championship bracket tomorrow.

 

1 hour away from playing #1 QB in America. Oh by the way our DBs are new and they are gassed. This could be tough

 

However, no one we will see this season is on the same stratosphere as Jefferson Davis or Cartersville. I would love to match up with those teams in a real game
