July 20, 201610 yr I did. Got to knock out the last three bridges left on my list, and revisited another one. Hit Pasquale's in Maysville on the way out yesterday. Was there about 3pm and figured I'd see @mcpapa there for the early-bird special. Did hot dogs over the fire for dinner last night. The closest I got to "local fare" in the Greenup Co. area was a corn dog at a carryout on Rt. 23. Headed back on Rt. 8 all the way through NoKy. Got a reuben at Izzy's and a peach milkshake at UDF. You were very close to my house.

You think I don't know about any of those places? I had a taste for Izzy's and a peach shake from UDF. My lone regret is that I didn't sidetrack to Dixie Chili to replenish my stock. Well, that and I should've stopped and got a brick of goetta. My time was limited.

July 21, 201610 yr Author I did spot a couple of downtown diner-looking places along Rt. 8 on the way back Tuesday. I think some of you were holding out on me. Each of these places have to at least one thing really well or they wouldn't be in business.
