It's like underage Drinking IMO. Once the average Teen reaches the Legal age limit, it seems that it's not that big of deal to have a Drink. When it's casual drinking it's not out of control....IMO! Don't get me wrong, noway I would lower the Drinking Age. Legalizing the Mary-Jane will hopefully let the people who really need it not buy it in so much Bulk. Some people have to have Weed and others are just going along with it Socially. Again just my 2-Cents!
