They could pay me 25K and save 75K and I'd already have at least 7 UK players lined up to play right now. I could be wrong but I am thinking their listed salary is really their listed take if they win and that they only get that money if they win. Thus their motivation to play and compete for more than a t-shirt that says Champs on it.
