Kayak angler caught cheating in numerous local and national tournaments - North Carolina Sportsman

Always knew there was something fishy with fishin.

It's easy to win these events when your 15" bass are suddenly 19" :lol2:

I guess that's why most of the bigger Bass Tournaments require that you pass a polygraph afterwards if you win.

Lying about how big the fish are that he caught? No fisherman has ever done that, right?!

How much money are we talking about if you win these tournaments?

Looks like he had won $3000 in one of them.

Larger regular Bass Tournaments can get into some real money...couple of guys won a $60,000 boat at a recent Fishers of Men Tournament.

Submitting pictures seems like a bad way to determine the winners.

It's an honor system because it's kayak fishing. And there's not always honor if money is involved.

A guy lying about how long something is? No, that NEVER happens.

I bet he lied to his wife about the size of other things.

Someone found this on his facebook page. That's maybe a 12-13" bass at most.
