April 14, 201610 yr How many years have you endured as a Cubs fan? My earliest Cub fan memory was 1st grade and trading all my baseball cards for ANY Cub card...that was 1986. It didn't get painful till I was around 20 and I was like "man, it's never gonna happen" :lol2:. The Marlins meltdown really stung and then the back to back sweeps in 07 and 08 also hurt a lot too.

If you're going to continue to post this type of nonsense, at least make it thought provoking...or it'll be a long season. Votto played in 158 games last year. He hit .314 with 29 HR, 80 RBI, 11 SB and had an OBP of .459. I don't think anybody is worried about his production in his first 30 AB's of the year. Votto has proven that if he's healthy, he'll be on base plenty.
