ESPN Talks to Uber Driver Andre McGee

Featured Replies

From being an Asst. Coach at college to Uber is a pretty hard fall. Eventually that dude is going to talk and it doesn't sound promising for Pitino when he does.

So Bandit you think Pitino knew. You guys I guess have all the answers before investigation is complete.

The new information probably is they found McGee and hijacked his ride.

Nothing new other than Powell attorney is now saying they can't prove Rick knew anything about the parties

Blasphemy! She needs to get a new lawyer! He isn't working hard enough!

(Btw, he's now said that on a couple occasions.)

I laugh when they say Coach Mike and no one knows who it is. Mike Marra is the only person it could have been - he was a student assistant at the time.

It sucks for McGee that ESPN has turned paparazzi and stalked down his uber, but he is delusional if he thinks he will be cleared. Even if it is proven that he has signed orders to do the party he is still at fault. In the movie A Few Good Men, the soldiers testified and proved that The General ordered the code red but they still got court martial end. He's not getting cleared of anything and will never be able to coach again only question is who else gets implicated.

A good lawyer would have had this situation settled before book was published.

I don't think she'd consulted a lawyer prior to publication, which is a problem in itself.

He knows he'll never coach in the NCAA again. He has to.

The only "big" news from the show was that 3 former recruits have admitted to strippers and sex. That's game, set, match in my opinion.

That alone will likely lead to more penalties.

Everything else was nothing to talk about really. ESPN is clearly on the prowl though.
