Downton Abbey Finale

Featured Replies

PBS showed the last episode last night after a 6 year run. Mrs Prof is a big fan so I started watching with her a few years ago. The last episode was a happy ending for all: engagements, marriages, babies, etc. Made Mrs Prof shed a few tears.

Does anyone else watch this British show? It's won a lot of awards over the years.

My bride and I have enjoyed this series. I thought they put a nice bow on it last night.

Wife has become a fan the last 2 or 3 years. Said they wrapped things up nicely.

I've watched. First soap opera I've gotten into since I was watching The OC back in college. Really enjoyed it. Will watch the finale tonight, but the last two episodes have both been very good.

I got hooked on it during season 3 I believe. They definitely tried to end it on happy note.

Eagerly awaited each week's episode at 9 p.m. Sunday. Sorry the series has ended, but better to conclude too soon vs. too late. One reviewer jokingly said he anticipated a police officer slapping handcuffs on the new Bates baby, but all ended well for most everyone.

All you guys claiming "the wife likes it" lol. There is a man-card collection plate at the door.
