March 3, 201610 yr Kicked off on Monday night. Christina Aguilera is back as judge replacing Gwen Stefani. Strong performers so far have been: Curly Sue....yep she grew up and has developed quite the voice. Middle aged guitar major from University of Michigan....dude can rock it out and has a big voice! Red head female bartender from Oklahoma with a lot of spunk! Your thoughts and who do you like so far as early contenders??? P.S. Anyone else notice the extended amount of time they're taking to turn their chairs so far this season? :irked:
March 10, 201610 yr I haven't paid as much attention to this one as I have in the past but I've caught a few minutes here and there. From what I've seen so far there appears to be a lot of talented performers once again.
March 11, 201610 yr Ive been watching but I think Jordan Smith ruined this for me. He was to good and I felt connected. Just not really feeling it yet.

March 11, 201610 yr Author They continue to set the bar high...Jordan Smith is a Voice Hall o Famer so sure it's normal to feel let down a bit after such a tremendous talent the season prior. The wife and I think they are being a lot more picky this season. The upcoming battle rounds should be pretty solid. I always enjoy the steals and folks getting a second chance with a new coach!
March 28, 201610 yr I'm still watching but I can't tell you much about any of them or really even remember who I like. Just not as into it this year. And after the news I heard this morning, I don't think I'll be watching next year. Not interested in Miley Cyrus & Alecia Keys replacing someone like Pharrell.

And from what I saw tonight Miley Cyrus does a heckuva better job at coaching than Christina. And trust me, I'm shocked at the thought of that...:lol2:. I'll lose interest next season also. I've really enjoyed Pharrell and what he brings to the show.

I was also surprised by Miley, she seemed to do more for the contestants last night than Christina has done since she has been on the show. They will regret it if they let Pharrell get away.
