He isn't running off of being a former First Lady, socialism, a reality tv star, a evangelical, or whatever group the others pander to. He is by far the best choice in both parties. Unfortunately he will not win.....

A guy who's confident that he knows how to manage the purse strings and balance a budget because he did it—eight years in a row—in New Mexico. His fiscal conservatism is unmatched by anyone in the race. And his socially liberal cred—the only pro-gay and pro-choice Republican candidate—is unmatched even by some Democrats.
February 26, 201610 yr Former governors make better Presidents. I'd be for a constitutional amendment that only allowed governors and former governors to run for president. That being said I will not be voting for either of these men unless its Kasich as a vp candidate.

Popularity my but! This about middle class America getting screwed for the last 50 yearts and finally getting a candidate that expresses their RAGE!
February 26, 201610 yr How did Governor George W. Bush do? How did not governor Obama do? Its an average. Step up to the grown up table. I never mentioned the party, governors come from both parties. Governor Reagan and Governor Clinton are the 2 most effective presidents in my lifetime and they do better in history too. As does a good military career in the past but those days are gone now.

Exhibit A for bringing down the two party dominance. I doubt if I live to see it although this election should bring hope.
