When it comes to politics, yes most of them are very hypocritical. And, again, I agree with you. Marco is indeed an odd bird. As President, I think he would just be a little puppet of ever who was pulling his strings. If he stays in this race much longer, Trump will destroy him.

I don't know if he would destroy America but let's just say I don't think he is best option. Kasich would be a much better option on the GOP side than little Marco buttercup. But what do I know?

Mr. Rubio has a lovely wife and four children. I would hope someone would a) be darned sure they were right; and 2) use appropriate restraint. At the end of the day, I don't care one way or the other. It would be a major challenge to reconcile a double-life if that were to be the case, but I would not recklessly assume that to be the case. I like a lot of what Rubio says, however, he is too far right on social issues for my tastes.

Same. At least, he claims to be far right on social issues. How do we really know what any of these people really believe deep down?

A mea culpa from me. I should have called out SF on this thread immediately. I didn't. SF and I agree on a lot of things, but not on this thread or the other one with the picture of rubio/liberace. I get the whole "hypocrisy" angle, of a republican politician pushing an anti-gay agenda while being in the closet. But I still disagree with this thread and the tone. I am not proud of myself for delaying in reacting, but there it is. Thanks to Habib for his post in the other thread that spurred me on to speak, albeit belatedly.

Why would Trump need to bring any of this up? He's killing it as it is. I'm not a Trump guy and to be honest, we don't have a single good candidate this year. But that said, Trump is running one helluva campaign and I don't think he has to worry about Rubio one bit.
