Nope, not having any issues before or now using my laptop................as I'm knocking on wood. No issue on editing either as of right now. At least I was able to use the quite feature, at least on this post. Trying to edit. Ok it's letting me now. Not sure what was happening but it was weird. February 11, 201610 yr Author Here it goes again, not allowing me to edit. The edit screen pops up, but there are no buttons to allow me to save the changes...I can't makes and save the changes.

February 11, 201610 yr Here it goes again, not allowing me to edit. The edit screen pops up, but there are no buttons to allow me to save the changes...I can't makes and save the changes. You need to give us everything you are using, type of computer, browser, operating system, etc.
February 11, 201610 yr I've had this happen to me multiple times from multiple different devices over the past 2-3 weeks.
February 12, 201610 yr I had issues yesterday, multiple times. Did exactly as you explained, only copied about half the quote and did not let me edit it either. No issues today..... yet.
February 12, 201610 yr Author So it appears I'm not the only one having the issue. Haven't had it today...not yet anyway, have been able to quote and edit so far. Hopefully it stays that way.
February 13, 201610 yr Are you using the Internet Explorer browser? I had that issue with IE10. I use Chrome on computers now and have no issues. IE10 and BGP don't get along when I use them.

February 13, 201610 yr I am, but had never had that problem before this week. I switched to Chrome. No issues anymore after the switch.
