But given Reece Phillips comments on the situation, I for one am glad he is leaving. I hate the idea of being extremely thin at qb, but I hate the idea of having another year of turmoil in the locker room and division between players and coaches even more. Given his comments, if Reese wasn't part of the problem this season, he was primed and ready to take on that role for next season.

January 1, 201610 yr Internet chatter about the Hansen kid has went cold. Gran and Hinshaw have offered JUCO dual threat qb Stephen Johnson. I believe he is only rated as a 2* but from the video I've seen of him he would make a decent backup. However at this point I would make a decent backup.
