Looking at the Riherds App, Eastern plays Sacred Heart next Tuesday. Any thoughts? Has anyone seen both teams play this year?

Have seen both teams play this year. Sacred Heart has a few good players. Sivils, Berger, Harriss and a big. I just don't think they have the depth to contend with Eastern. Eastern won by 2 last year and Sacred Heart lost the majority of their scoring but gained a really good freshman. I just don't think she will be enough. I say Eastern by 15...

Sacred Heart will go 8 in their rotation having 5 quality starters on the floor. Most of the scoring from last year is back as well with the exception of Johnson. Harris has filled that position nicely.

Same region, why wouldn't matter? Basketball is a game of match ups. Once it comes down to it, so who matches up with who is everything. Region 7 one of the best in the state, at least the top 4 teams.

According to Max Preps there is a sophomore that is the leading scorer that you did not mention. Is she not part of the Sivils, Berger, Harris and a "big" group? Also I thought the Samsel girl was a threat from downtown! Having not seen them, the stats make it look like they are loaded. Eastern must not report to Max Preps, didn't see any stats.

So after the big game Ryle is at 2 and 2 with three of the 4 games against top 20 in the state teams. Two losses of combined 7 points to two top 10 in the state teams. But tis indeed a 500 record.
