On a side note, Tates Creek may be the most under rated team in the State in 6A. Noone discusses them and they beat Dunbar... they also gave Henry Clay and Lafayette everything they wanted. Justin Burke is a good QB

Peyton Burke ended up with 244 yards and 4 TD's tonight. He may have quietly had the best season of any Lexington QB's.

Baker also makes a big difference on defense, but passing defense has been a weakness all year. It was an emotional week for the Tomcats as Coach Love was out of town during the week due to the passing of his mother. Prayers to Coach Love and his family. Congrats to the Commodores on the win, and good luck in the playoffs.

You think that's the only reason he played, then came out?

Don't know really I saw other kids that will matter in the playoffs try to play through some things in a game that doesn't matter. Brown and OBryan were visibly hurting and on the field. Makes me wonder. Not saying he wasn't hurting just wasn't playing. I am saying if he didn't go over 2000 on the 20 something run that I believe he would have gone back in and carried a few more times. Ashland still should have won the game.
