Boone County 1 Grant County 0

This was Boone's last regular season game of 2015. They play Ryle in the District tournament on Wednesday at Conner H.S.

Congrats to Boone. Good luck in districts.

Boone is on their longest win streak of the season. Great time to find their form. Good luck in Districts to Boone and Ryle. May the best team win.

Boone's defense looked good. A very physical Midfield kept Grant from generating almost no offense.

Boone's coach needs to work on his form/temperment. At one point he took out his aggression on a Grant County trash can and later got a "talking to" from the Ref. I'm not sure what it was all about as the game was going Boone's way for the most part.

I've seen coaches ejected for kicking/tossing trash cans. I'd say he is lucky.

While I did not see Boone's coach taking out aggression on a trash can, he does get excited when he sees a perceived injustice. Both teams were being physical. A majority of the foul calls went against Boone players. He was looking most likely looking for more equity in the foul calls.

If he's kicking the garbage can I say he's a lucky boy, there are a few in stripes out there that would have dismissed him.

There. Fixed it.

That's just the way coach responds to trash talk.

The field is extension of the classroom and he must rise above and set an example. Are you saying the coaches were trash talking or the players from the other team? If its the players that's really not good form for a coach to let opposing players get under his skin.

imsays, it was my attempt at humor. According to the report he kicked a garbage can. That's his response to "trash talk", get it? That's what's known as a groan-er. And my son is now quite embarrassed.

As I like to say sarcasm Sheldon. I'm little slow.

Sounds like a close game. How'd grant county do?
