Id love to say Russell in a landslide. But I said that Last week.depends on what Devils take the field. Goin with my gut and Russell bounces back.

I heard that Conley for Russell may be out for an extended period of time with a separated shoulder.

 

Any truth?

 

If so Russell could be in for a long remainder of the season.

Conley wont be needed the next two weeks. Plenty of time to heal.

I guess it's possible, but I wouldn't make that switch just yet. Jacob still hasn't played much football yet this season. He's played whole games against Greenup, West Carter and Fleming. He played in to the 3rd quarter against Ironton. I think his issues throwing the ball last week were mostly weather related.

 

Russell should handily beat Pendleton and Lewis without Conley. They've got other very capable RBs. I'd use the next two weeks to get McKee some reps throwing the ball. He's only attempted 48 passes so far this year.

 

McKee's been a starter since his sophomore year.

Russell has bigger problems than just Conley being out. I have only seen them in person twice and both times I have come away very unimpressed.

 

They lack any kind of toughness. There is a lack of hitting from the defense. A very soft team for Russell. Conley is a huge blow as he seems to be the only constant I have seen. I wish the Red Devils luck but I feel the playoffs will be short lived for them.
