Not sure about Pulaski but Scott County is what I would call "above average"

 

Scott County's speed right now seems to be Pulaski's biggest issue.

Pretty even honestly. Scott has a slight edge on the defensive side and Pulaski has an edge on the offensive side if I had to make an educated guess.

Doesn't sound like the Maroons are going away.
