Hhs has been down at half in many games over the years and come back to win or make it very close against very good teams. In fact, just a couple years ago, hhs was down by 2 td's to Ashland and came out in the second half and put a running clock on them.

 

Now...with all that said, I'm not sure this group has it in them. They are not a real seasoned group and in my opinion, not as deep as in the past. It will be very interesting to see if they step up or fold up like a lounge chair after being punched in the mouth by Cooper.

 

As for Cooper...very impressed. Playing with a lot of emotion. Well coached and very disciplined. Running back is good! And the QB is good enough to keep you honest. Defense is very solid.

 

This game reminds me a lot of the Campbell County game last year for HHS. Birds escaped with a victory. Not sure this one may turn out that fortunate for the Birds. I think they will make a run in the second half and we'll see if they can grow up in front of of our eyes!

D Hendrix will come in on D now and then in passing situations but most are platooning

Hendrix is playing both ways. Maybe 1-2 more. Coach has them well conditioned this year.
