July 29, 201511 yr Unfortunately, this teams success lies in the hands of the QB, as they with most teams. Ours happens to be mediocre. Not much you can do with a guy with a weak (for NFL standards) arm without the size to see the middle of the field.

It's his locking onto one receiver and not going through progressions.
