Exactly what does a violent type person look like? Ted Bundy was a handsome fellow. So handsome that the women who stopped to help him, didn't see his violence coming from those pearly whites.

There is only one cure for these type people, death. They can not be rehabilitated as the thought is always in their mind.

Of course we grasp what he is saying but the issue here is not having sex with almost 18 year olds. You can use that to justify your plight to save poor Jared but you both need to open your eyes to his real crimes. Nobody is celebrating his beatdown; I just don't have any sympathy for him. He is a predator of young children and I'm glad he is locked up where he can't hurt them anymore.

The correlation was trying to be made by hoops5 that because someone was a child molester that this also meant that they were violent, and I was trying to say that this just cannot be assumed.

 

You are correct, I haven't a clue whether or not Jared is violent. Considering we've not heard anything to suggest that he is (and we would've if he was) I'm assuming that he isn't.

 

We do know that thugs in prison who beat people up are violent, so at the end of the day it sickens me when a violent prison thug type beats up a non violent prisoner, and then the general public applaudes it.

 

That to me doesn't look so good when otherwise so called good civilized people support that. It contradicts, and is hypocritical to the definition of being civilized. Sure it's a popular thought among the general public, but it still doesn't follow.
