Obama's Eulogy at Reverend Pinckney's Funeral

Thats my point. He should have at least acknowledged the policemans death. Not at the funeral for the SC people but when it happened. You can't see the fact that none of the national news reported it. If it had been the other way around they sure would have. Fact was he was armed and who is to say the cop thought twice about shooting first. Well we see what that got him.

Good point. He should acknowledge every death of every citizen from now on. That way no one's feelings are hurt.

It was a policeman shot by a black man. You won't comment I know just change the facts around. It's always the white people who are called racist but blacks are just as racist including Mr. Obama.

I am not an Obama supporter, but those two videos are AWESOME.

It bugs me so much how right wing extremists seem to forget that we are all people. We are called to love one another, despite our differences. While I don't agree with most of what Obama does and says, I still respect him for actions like this one.

Well said. :thumb:

Actually, I didn't know the person who shot him was black. All I knew was that a cop was murdered by a suspect with a gun. Unlike you I don't need to know the color of anyone's skin in a tragedy like that.

There are many blacks just as racist as some white people. Been discussed on here many times.

If you think Obama is racist then there is nothing left to discuss.

I went on several national news websites and searched for "Cincinnati" and "Kim." Stories popped up on the Washington Post, NBC sites, to name two. So your comment that "none of the national news reported it" isn't correct. Most carried the Reuters or AP stories, but the story was covered.

But the race of the officer wasn't why he was killed. Sonny Kim was killed because an individual wanted to commit suicide by cop. It didn't matter if the cop was white, Asian, black or purple, a shootout would've occurred.

Just because a victim and suspect are opposite races, doesn't make a killing racially motivated.

The Sonny Kim death was not a racist act.

Sadly, it does to some people.

And I understand that. But if they wanna be wrong, that's their choice.

If you had read my posts I never mentioned the policeman as white asian or black. I said the shooter was black.

What's your point?

And the below bold shows me that you are trying to paint Officer Kim's killer as a black racist.

As well as painting the president as a racist.
