Anyone notice the beechwood team? First varsity game in the history?

Trying to figure out which games will be worth admission and yes I know its soccerama. Ryle and St.Henry would be but St H. probably will not play their starters much, and Cooper v Highlands, or NCC and Scott.

Ncc v/s Scott should be a good one, the new leader at ncc has his team in tip top shape. They will out work any team in Nky, haven't seen that from Ncc since Maelstrom left.

In the early 80's Beechwood had a team for one maybe two years when soccer was in the Spring. When soccer moved to the Fall they dropped it. I know because the high school team I coached played them.

What is you basis for saying NCC will out work any team in NKY?

Have you watched every other team's preseason conditioning? Do you know the mentality of every other team's coach and leaders on the field?

Noticed it. Plenty being said about that in another topic mostly about how the greedy soccer program is going to hurt the poor mistreated football teams at Beechwood.

My pick of games to hopefully watch are the last two on Friday (NCC/Scott and Ryle/St. Henry) and then the last two on Sunday (Highlands/Cooper and CCH/Brossart). All of those should be good matches. CCH typically plays their JV in the second half but with a big varsity roster they may not do that. Michael Wessels and one of the CCH keepers out with injury for the Colonels but I think that's it so far.
