Anyone has a schedule for Lex. Catholic next week? I know Mason County is playing.

Varsity- Harlan, North Laurel, Bryan Station, Casey Co., South Laurel, Louisville Male, Mercer Co., and Henry Clay

"No different ... " - not bloody likely. C'mon, now let's get real. In the old west, cattle rustlers were either shot or hanged. The problem that I see is this: public school folks get bent out of shape when they lose kids to the catholic schools, and I fully understand their ire. And I could now mention a couple of specific recent instances but would incur the wrath of moderators, so I won't go there. But ... a number of public schools need to clean up their own house before they can throw stones. It's an ugly hot mess, especially in Jefferson county.

It is everywhere, don't fool yourself. It's just the size of Jefferson Co that makes it so visible, but yes, a "hot mess". hahaha

Mason play Etown tough and was close with a couple minutes to go but lost by ten. I believe Bryan Station by 15 or more. Mason played Etown with only six girls as JV was playing at same time and some on vacation. Real proud of the girls as they played real well.

Did Etown have all of their players? I thought Boley was out playing in the 18U USA national team.

Regardless of how good they will or won't be, of course they will be down with the loss of those particular seniors.

Mason beat Louisville Central by a bunch and then beat Franklin County by 2 after falling behind 12-2 at the start of the game. Mason went on a 16-0 run to grab the lead.
