My daughter's girls team will be in ETown this weekend for finals. Hopefully they can pull it off - it would be a nice end to the season.

 

Are they playing in State Cup? I thought all of the matches were being held in Bowling Green.

Their first round was in Lexington. Finals are in ETown.

If your daughters squad is U12, and playing in E-Town, then I think they are playing in the Soccer Village Cup. In KY, the State Cup actually starts at the U13 age group.

Yes - you are correct. The team was referring to the tourney as "State Cup" but it is the Soccer Village Cup.

NKSA U14 girls tied 0-0 early in second half vs Kentucky Fire. Missed a one on one with goalie earlier. Can't beat good teams making mistakes like that!

NKSA U14 girls are State Cup Champions! Finally decided on the 9th (yes 9th) PK!! Awesome game! So happy for these young ladies they have worked really hard!! On to the Regionals...
