About a month ago while making deliveries I had 92.5 The Fox, the Cincinnati Classic Rock station ,on the radio and they were promoting a contest for the August 2nd sold-out Foreigner show at Riverbend. They were asking for high school choirs to submit videos of them singing any Foreigner song and the top vote getting choirs video would get to sing on stage with the band when they perform "I Want to Know What Love Is" and also receive $500. A week later while off work I stopped up NewCath and told Mrs. Blank, the Choir Director, about the promotion.......well today while listening to The Fox they announce the winning school, and low and behold, the NewCath choir has a August 2nd date with Foreigner.

Congrats, guys and gals. :dancingpa

As a former choir member let me say...that's outstanding! Congrats to the Breds choir.

We need to see the video. I couldn't find it on their site.

That's awesome! Good work LB & the NC Choir.

How many kids are in the choir?

I looked for it on 92.5 website and couldn't find either.

As a former NewCath choir member it's really awesome! I hope to see video of August 2nd as well.

I hope that get to dress in their normal school NCC choir uniforms. I would hope that they don't have to wear church choir robes which is a way overused stereotype of local choirs that are invited onstage to sing at these types of concerts.

I think lawnboy needs to sing too haha

I think lawnboy needs to sing too haha

NOT A CHANCE!!!!

they will come in at the 3:45 mark if it goes according to the video.

No robes in the video. Also unless things have changed NCC doesn't have choir robes for them to wear anyway lol

My cousin is in NCC's choir! That's really cool!
