What positions is Chase Floyd working with this year at SK ? Glad to hear he is part of the staff . My son played for him as an 8th grader on his freshman team , at Boone County a few years ago .

I wouldnt think so as Summit View Academy fees SK. I havent talked to Chase yet, just was told that by the former Principal at Summit View.

I believe Summit View feeds into mainly SK but doesn't it feed Scott as well ? Who is the head coach at the middle school level over there these days ?

90% SK, 10% Dixie. Zero to Scott (unless they open enroll there.)

 

Bill McLeid is the Head Coach this year, he was on staff last year. Great guy, I think he also has a few of the prior staff coming back as well. Good coaches, now just need to get the number of players with talent on the roster up.

Scott is doing some really nice things and they are starting to really draw/keep kids in the program. That being said, they won't be much of a test for SK. Scott's defense will not stop SK

A small percentage of kids that go to Summit View Elementary feed to Woodland/Scott. Summit View Middle stopped feeding to Scott about 6 years ago.

Cool ! Answers the question? It draws mainly to Sk . Are the numbers down for talent at Summit View ? Is that due to Turkey Foot and Twenhofel, and Woodland drawing kids ? Sounds like Summit is more an over flow middle school.
