What about working out with the upper class or tieing in some workouts with the high school that they feed to ?

 

They are not allowed to do anything with the HS per KHSAA rules.

They are not allowed to do anything with the HS per KHSAA rules.

 

They should look into adjusting some of these rules in the future. The sport is getting more and more competitive at such an earlier age . At this point they should be able to do something year round . But rules are rules.
