Very few college coaches ever grace a high school game unless they are already recruiting girls off the summer AAU circuit. I deal with it every day. Not all "AAU" people are bad. Just like high school coaches and AD's, some are good and some are bad. The good AAU programs are easy to spot, and the bad ones are easier to spot.
