Beechwood 13 Highlands 0 (JV)

Crickets????

Don't take this wrong way but this was a JV game, early in the year, and during March Madness.

Not saying it's right but the lack of replies doesn't surprise me for those reasons.

Also, there are no stats or information posted so it's hard for people to comment on something they know nothing about. Did Beechwood hit the cover off the ball? Did Highlands walk a lot of batters or make a ton of errors? The score tells very little about the game.

Crickets????

Lol! that's funny right there. Maybe because it's Sat night, March Madness, Sweet 16................

That's all I got! Well there is this, maybe you, me and nu19 are the only losers on a Sat night in the NKY baseball thread. I'm guessing that. Lol!

Either way, that's a strong outing no matter what the circumstances if any. Not saying there were any. Have no idea. Wasn't there or taled with anyone that was there. We I do, I will post something.

Also, 2nd game for HHS. Did Beechwood also play more than 1 today? Don't know.

Nice win by Tigers.

HHS played a double header today winning against Ryle and losing to Beechwood.

JV games are for development. Varsity games matter.

Crickets????

Seriously???? LMAO.

I agree also. I did not have good expectations for the Tigers going into the game. We don't have a indoor facility and our practices have been sparing and on a gym service. I was very surprised at how well they performed. I was not speaking at all about the performance of the Bluebirds. The 'crickets' was hopefully to get other beechies to chatter about it. Because we didn't have over 100 tryout there were no cuts. In fact, we had 3 8th graders and a freshman start in that game.

Thanks for the HHS coaches and parents for getting the field ready... it was in great shape.

So, you can keep your trophy, Q.

You go CoW...good luck and best wishes to both JV programs this year! Let's be critical of a newer member and incentivize them to spend their time elsewhere.

LOL. I did not know that my acronym was COW. Should have put more thought into my name.... or drop a few lbs.

Hey CoW, can you provide us with some pertinent game info? Any type will help us understand the outcome. All I have is that a HHS pitcher gave up 9 runs in 2/3rds of an inning. How those runs were earned or produced, have no idea. So anything you have would be appreciated. Anything?
