Can somebody from the purples give us some insight? I am curious to hear this mighty roster that can't be beat. There are teams in the tournament that Elliott will and cannot compete with that I have seen play. I'm just curious. Do you think size will be a key or guard play? Does one player stand out above the rest? Are they great team players that include everybody? Are they holding opponents to under 50% field goals? Easy to say; they will win and by a lot....

I have seen 5 of the 16 teams play and from what I've seen out of Elliott county this year they will struggle to compete. I hope not but they just don't have the athletes that these other schools do. Their staring guards are maybe 5"5.

I agree with you for the teams In the tournament. But I'm wondering about Bowling Green. Seems to me if you shut down Sine and Taylor they are a different team?

Bowling Green has one thing that is very hard to Teach.... "HEART" and a lot of it! They refuse to quit against anyone and in a year when they were supposed to be worse then they have been in a while, they found a way to become top 25 in the State and make another trip back the Sweet 16. The scariest thing about them is their youngest players are probably their best players, and their speed and quickness 1-5 is tough to matchup against. They can beat you in so many ways because they are very versatile and play within themselves. Best thing about them is they play as a team It is not uncommon to look at the stat book following a game and see 4-6 players in double figures. My prediction is that they make another trip to the Final 4 where they lose to the eventual Champion Louisville Ballard.

What a good game I hope it will be then my friend. You describe a lot

of Elliott's main advantages as well. Mainly with heart, not giving up and team ball. Quickness is a killer!! Something hopefully Elliott can adjust too. Elliott will defiantly need to control the game it sounds like and make sure the right match ups are what they need to be from the start.

They won't beat KCC this year. If they do it will be an upset. The same way you claim that people sleep on WKY you are sleeping on KCC. Last year was an aberration.

You better hope Calloway County pulls the upset.

Not even close! Purples by 20...

BG 10-15 easily

Trust me... I am NOT sleeping on KCC... Cameron Justice is the BEST player in the State! I just believe Bowling Greens defensive tenacity and quickness will give them problems.

My worry is that they only have one good shooter on the team. Their ability to drive to the basket and get to the foul line may be what allows them to beat KCC. Should be interesting. It's refreshing to see you rooting for BG now. :D

Was it EC that had the two kids wearing Classic Mullets ? saw a FB post a while back but dont remember the details . Just remember it was a terrible awful look.
