Article: Kentucky Cheated in the 2014 NCAA Tournament

Featured Replies

How can such blatant cr.. get printed in a legitimate newspaper? That's where the sham begins to be revealed. The Pasadena Post (according to a Google search) went out of business nearly 60 years ago. So, what's this author's motive? Could John Doe be Christian Laettner? Or perhaps Bobby Knight? Is he trying to use social media to derail the Big Blue? Can this attempted diversion gain any traction? Shame to try to discredit referees with such dishonorable accusations. Sorry I clicked on it and read it. Will certainly not pass such trash on.

I think it might be satire...

I got a pretty good laugh at reading this article. Do I think that there are some things going on behind the scenes when Cal recruits? More than likely, but what major college program doesn't stretch the rules, or even break them. I mean, really though? Paying off ref's and all of that talk?

An argument that I would make is to look at the team that won the tournament last year, UCONN. A team that really underachieved until the end of the season when post season started, did they have refs cheat for them on that nice run as well?

That's what I'm guessing. It's some bootleg website you can't even find on google. Good effort. :lol2:

When I saw the thread title I knew the story was bogus. Heck, Kentucky cheats all the time. Everybody knows that.:no:

Hey it was a bad call on Handcock. Lol
