For my 50th Birthday last year a friend of mine and I drove to Chicago, and I had the pleasure of seeing my first ever game played at Wrigley Field between the Cubs and the Sox in the 100th anniversary of the ball park.

 

What a cool experience, and when I say cool, I literally mean freezing my you know what off from the winds coming off the lake. Nonetheless it was exciting to see all the excited Chicago fans in such an awesome vintage treasured icon of an establishment. It was a unique experience that I won't soon forget.

Brady is throwing out the first pitch...accompanied by Kraft, Belichick and all 4 Lombardi Trophies.

Here's a few pictures that I took with my phone. My wife took our Canon and took some really good pictures but she's not edited them yet. This first one is the flag being lowered over the Monster during the National Anthem.

Here's the view from my seat. I was right on top of the camera well right outside of the Nationals dugout. Bryce Harper came over and posed for some pictures with a little boy right in front of me. He took his cap off and put it on the little fella for the picture. His parents were between me and Harper so I didn't try to snap a picture of it.

That's awesome AJG! Been to Fenway once and it was really cool, but never anywhere near as close to the field as that.

 

Oh, and being that close to Brady would've made my day. My wife tells me I'm like a teenage fangirl when it comes to him. :lol2:

I thought you'd like that. The ovation for the trio when they came out of the Green Monster was incredible. You were the first person that I thought of when they announced them. He even threw a strike to Big Papi for the first pitch.
