Play a zone and force Holmes to make shots. Use good ball movement on offense and screens for easy lay ups. Seems to be a recipe for Boone to beat Holmes every year but this is the only year, recently, that they've had similar talent to execute and get it done.

 

 

Agreed. Coach McQueary does seem to have the handle on how to beat Holmes.

Stop. He's a big boy. He was adamant that Holmes was a top 20 team. You don't think someone is going to remind him of that after this?

 

It gets a little old though!

I'll say it again If Holmes has 4 top 15 9th players like Walter says, I still think who they hired as a coach wasn't the right fit.
