Jermaine Gresham unlikely to remain in Cincinnati

Featured Replies

He will find a way to be hurt for the next team he plays for. Won't miss his boneheaded penalties...

Greshman will end up being a Patriot next year, and they will team him with Gronk and he will look great.

With that said, I am fine with him being gone. The fact that he sat out in two of the biggest games of the year, when everyone who saw him warm up those games said he looked good enough to play. It shows he checked on this team.

My $$ is on the Ravens.

No chance. They have a better 2nd TE already in Tim Wright. Belichick has no patience for a dude like Gresham.

Talent wise Gresham is better. Which I can see him taking him like he has other players and getting them to buy in and play to their full talent level. So it wouldn't surprise me.

I'm not so sure he is better. Wright is a perfect fit in NE as a compliment to Gronk. No need to try and add a piece that wouldn't fit in.

Didn't Belichick use 3 tight ends quite a bit when he still had Hernandez?

I don't think it was all that frequently, but yeah he did it some. Of course, that's more of an option when you have two of the best 3-4 TEs in the game. Gresham isn't good enough to make it worthwhile IMO.

I know he used a lot of extra tackles this season. I thought he might like using a 3rd tight end instead since they'd be more of a receiver than the tackle.
