They have totally removed the old field, level and graded the new complex. I can't imagine why it wouldn't be ready for week one. Heck I'm not sure why it wouldn't be ready for passing camps. I guess with all projects, there is a lot of waiting for phases to begin, but realistically, if they are agressive, it will be done way early. The football stadium that is, which is what they are supposed to do first, the rest may take a bit longer, but they've been working on it for more than a few weeks now and have made tremendous progress IMO.
