January 23, 201511 yr Most of my gym time is spent on an elliptical or arc trainer with a pretty high resistance. I typically try to go between 45-60 minutes. So I like some angry, loud, or faster paced music. Eminem gets a lot of time on my iPod at the gym. Some DMX. Really like "Lord Give Me a Sign" for it. Two Nelly songs, "Boom" and "Heart of a Champion" Linkin Park. The pace of their songs really helps. My most random is probably the Boondock Saints Theme Song
