January 19, 201511 yr I saw this this morning on the news and about fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard. It looked like a SNL skit but it was REAL! I also heard Kerry say before he left for France that he was going over to France to give the French PM a "big hug". You cannot make this stuff up.
